REFUNDS & RETURNS
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us! If you choose to return your order to us for a full refund** (original shipping costs and return shipping is paid by customer) as long as the following conditions are met:
- You are still within the first 7 days of your order being delivered.
- All item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place (product, packaging, miscellaneous items such as packaging, complimentary items, etc. all in original condition and in tact).
- All item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Please get in touch with us if you'd like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorized, we will issue your refund (once our warehouse receives the returned order). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to fully process. Thank you!
*If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
**Sale purchases are final. There are no refunds on sale items.
Please note that any order returned to us without first being authorized will not be refunded or returned to you.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Simply email: hello@sleepingwithjacques.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you, and give you all the details you need.
Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your items being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We have a warehouse based in Australia, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns.
We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number to you.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost and fees incurred for returning item/s to Sleeping with Jacques for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.
For international customers: Please make certain to request for tracking and insurance when returning your item as any lost or damaged goods are not liable by us.
Please note that all Customs & Taxes are borne by the customer.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 48 hours.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days.
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 5-7 business days.
**Sale purchases are final. There are no refunds on sale items.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at: hello@sleepingwithjacques.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
